Our History

Due to Covid – 19, the lockdown had happened. Some of the known friends were suffering financially. Hence, John David and Abhirami started praying and raised some amount from known sources and helped daily workers, labourers, needy children in Salem, widows in Kotagiri, pastors in Punjab and in Bihar. For some of them it was a great timely help. By May 2020, Ajith, a fresh Bible College graduate, was in contact with them. He also had the same vision and burden.

From 1st June 2020 onwards, Ajith has joined as an Executive Assistant with this newly formed GMC Community. After Ajith has joined, GMC was not only supporting people financially, but started helping in spiritual matters. To begin with, in partnership with Langham Preaching Movement, online teaching on Biblical Preaching was started. Later, the daily devotional thoughts were shared through social media.

We believe in

  • The triune God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit;
  • The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct;
  • The deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His substitutionary atonement for sin, His bodily resurrection and His personal, visible return to earth to reign in righteousness and glory;
  • The person of the Holy Spirit and His work of conviction, regeneration and sanctification, who indwells in every believer, equipping them with gifts for service and witness;
  • The fall of man, the necessity of new birth, in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone, and the importance of a life fully committed to the will of God in Christ;
  • The Church as the one, universal body of Christ who is the head, called to be the community of God’s people.

Our Belief

Our Objectives

  1. To educate God’s people to be rooted in the Word of God.
  2. To enhance missions awareness among communities of believers.
  3. To encourage families and small communities of believers to involve in their local communities in all possible ways.
  4. To raise prayer and resources for people who are in various needs.
  5. To create good networking and partnerships between God’s people.

Our Strategic Target Groups

  • Children community from under privileged communities 
  • Youth community, who are unemployed or under employed
  • Women, who need support and encouragement
  • Communities of unreached people groups around us.

Our Activities

  1. To help financially those affected during Covid – 19.
  2. To raise a community of God’s people on Biblical Preaching and Teaching
  3. To help children and women in specific needs.
  4. To develop skill based training for future generations.
  5. To enlarge the borders to the communities where our friends have gone in cross- cultural situations, (presently in Punjab and in Bihar)
